All frameworks appearing on this site are Irina Fain's own synthesis.

On the public pages

What appears here is authored, not sourced.

The essays, frameworks and pillar pages on irinafain.com are original writing in Irina Fain's voice. No verbatim source material appears on any public page. No teacher, no school and no vendor is named on the site, out of respect for their brand marks and to prevent any confusion about affiliation with them.

Where a paragraph carries a shape borrowed from a longer study lineage, the shape has been rewritten, tested inside a real company, and reworked until it could stand as its own claim. What the reader finds here is the working synthesis, not the study notes behind it.

In private correspondence

Lineages are named privately, in full.

Every framework has a lineage worth reading. In private correspondence with clients, colleagues, journalists and researchers, the specific intellectual traditions and teachers behind a given piece are named openly, and a working bibliography can be shared on request.

The public site keeps the surface clean because the public reader is here for the synthesis, not the coursework. Anyone who wants the coursework can ask, and it is given without hesitation.

How to ask

Ask by email, name the framework.

To receive the lineage behind a specific framework, write to hello@irinafain.com and name the framework or the essay you are asking about. A reply arrives within two working days and contains the teachers, texts and study contexts that shaped that particular piece.

Requests from journalists, researchers and other writers are welcomed. Attribution back to this site is appreciated but not required. Honest use is trusted.
